Charging Policy:

Our charges are based on a per day or part there of, irrespective of drop off or pick up times.

Please note we have a minimum 2 day charge.

Dogs:

Small Dogs (Toy Breeds)      $34.00

2 Small Dogs sharing**        $54.00
 

Medium Dogs                        $36.00

2 medium sharing **            $60.00

Large Dogs                             $38.00

2 large sharing **                  $62.00

​

Extra Large Dogs                   $40.00

​

**Sharing units are only for dogs who live in the same household

Cats:

Single Cat                               $16.00

2 Cat Family  (sharing)          $28.00

​

Drop offs & picks outside of our normal reception hours of 8.30am - 10.30am and 4.00pm - 6.00pm will incur a $40.00 surcharge fee.  By prior arrangement only.

Please leave your pet in your vehicle on arrival until all of the paperwork has been completed.

Please have all dogs on a lead & cats in a suitable cage.

Long term discounted rate offered after 30 days

A surcharge of $10.00 per pet is added per statutory holiday
Administering medication or special diets is a free service.

We reserve the right to charge for facilities for all days booked during PEAK holiday periods, including unused days and late cancellations. Bookings will be confirmed for peak times upon the receipt of a non-refundable $100.00 booking fee.
